We do everything possible to control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Please note that climbing gear of a protective nature is not returnable for obvious safety reasons. Please Contact Us and discuss a return of this nature prior to returning any climbing hardware. There is a re-stocking fee on returned handhold items.

We use FedEx Ground for our shipping.  Once your item is shipped you will be notified and provided with a tracking number.  All claims arising from the shipping process must be filed with FedEx using the tracking number.

Shipping costs are figured directly from the weight of the order and the location of the “ship to” address. For an accurate shipping quote, please contact a sales representative with the order you are wanting to purchase.

Most items will ship within 5 days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Many of the climbing holds are made to order and can take longer to ship, but usually are ready within one week.
